Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable Manager to oversee our company's accounts payable department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing vendor payments, ensuring compliance with financial policies, and leading a team to maintain accurate financial records. Key Responsibilities - Manage and supervise the accounts payable team, ensuring efficient operations. - Oversee the processing of vendor invoices, payments, and expense reimbursements. - Develop and implement accounts payable policies and procedures to ensure compliance. - Maintain accurate financial records and reconcile accounts payable transactions. - Ensure timely payments to vendors while optimizing cash flow management. - Collaborate with internal departments to resolve invoice discrepancies. - Prepare financial reports related to accounts payable activities. - Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes. - Monitor and improve accounts payable systems for efficiency and accuracy. - Train and mentor accounts payable staff to enhance performance. - Excellent Project Management Skills. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts payable or financial management. - Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations. - Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems. Microsoft Dynamics a plus. - Excellent leadership and communication skills. - Ability to analyze financial data and generate reports. - Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
