  • Primary lead management of the marketing team's project workflow and timelines through Trello, inclusive of managing Trello boards as well as leading sprint plannings and daily stand ups.
    * Research and implement new automations and power ups to help with project workflow.
    * Engage and lead the marketing team in learning and adopting Trello processes that enable the team to fulfill the organization's marketing requests and needs. Assist teammates individually when warranted.
    * Create and maintain a Trello Manual of best practices and processes for team use. Maintain components of this manual on the Trello boards for easy reference.










    • Responsible for funneling all requests for Marketing from external departments and monitoring all the project cards via reporting, automations, and dash cards within Trello to keep the team up to speed on approaching deadlines. Acts as the liaison with external departments to obtain any necessary information to fulfill marketing requests.










      • Participates on all quarterly product marketing campaigns (Credit Cards, HELOC, Checking, etc.) to stay informed of all timelines and campaign-required tasks. Proactively creates campaign cards and timelines to navigate the team through campaign completion. For promotional campaigns, coordinates and implements rules and regulations around promotions/sweepstakes collaborating with legal/compliance.









        • Responsible for maintaining the team's Marketing Matrix Planning Calendar that forecasts all marketing initiatives throughout the year.
          Back up support for any updates to The Vault for the Marketing Coordinator.









          • Lead the Marketing team's direct mail process by coordinating between the design and data teams and the print and mail vendors. Provide updates to the team on direct mail production status and any deadlines needed to meet mail drop dates. Update all corresponding Trello cards accordingly.









            • Provides broad-based support to all members of the marketing team. Special projects as assigned by management.
