What You Need 2–5 years commercial HVAC experience EPA Certification required HVAC apprenticeship/technical training preferred Great attitude and strong customer service skills Personal hand tools (drills, Sawzall, manometer, multimeter, gauges) Ability to lift 75 lbs , work in confined spaces, and wear PPE Valid driver’s license; must pass background, drug test, and MVR About BGIS ITS BGIS ITS (established in Philadelphia in 2022) is part of BGIS a global facility management leader with 7,000 employees worldwide.
