Job Description Job Description Junior Estimator Midtown Manhattan $50,000–$60,000 Base Sector: Exterior Restoration | Roofing | Waterproofing A growing restoration contractor specializing in exterior restoration, roofing, and waterproofing projects across NYC with 25 years of market-leading experience is seeking a Junior Estimator to join their Midtown Manhattan office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with early estimating experience looking to develop within a high-energy, growing business. The Role : Review drawings, scopes, and specifications Perform quantity take-offs Assist with subcontractor and supplier pricing Support preparation and submission of bids Attend site visits as required Assist with project handover to operations Requirements : 1 year of estimating experience in construction Ability to read and interpret drawings Strong attention to detail Proficient in Excel Experience in exterior restoration, roofing, façade, or waterproofing preferred Strong work ethic and comfortable working in a fast-paced, in-office environment Why This Position ?
