We are seeking a passionate, detail-oriented Production Coordinator to support our growing network of podcasts. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn, highly organized, and comfortable working across fast-moving sets and production workflows. You’ll play a key role in keeping productions running smoothly by managing logistics, staffing, vendors, and schedules, and must be based in New York City with the ability to work on-site. What You’ll Do: Coordinate day-to-day production logistics for podcast and digital media shoots, including schedules, call sheets, and run-of-show documents Support in-studio and on-location productions, ensuring sets run smoothly and stay on schedule Liaise with hosts, producers, talent, crew, and vendors to ensure clear communication before and during production Manage production calendars, booking studios, equipment, and crew as needed Assist with pre-production planning, including research, asset tracking, and production prep Be present on set to troubleshoot issues, anticipate needs, and provide real-time solutions Who You Are: 3 years of experience in production coordination, preferably in podcasts, digital media, sports, branded or unscripted content Strong organizational and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail Comfortable working on fast-paced, in-person sets with multiple moving parts Familiarity with studio environments, production equipment workflows, and set etiquette Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Willing and able to travel to support productions across the US Based in the greater New York City area and available for regular on-site production or in-office work. The salary range for this role is $65,000 to $75,000 USD. Compensation subject to experience and location. Published salary bands pursuant to transparency laws, and do not include possible variable compensation such as annual merit increases or bonus eligibility.
