active Physical Therapist license and 1 year of Physical Therapy

qualifications will not be considered. Providing physical therapy
services for students from kindergarten through 12th grade, this
contract position is based in a high school setting in
Hackettstown, NJ, with additional assignments in Bloomsbury, NJ.
The role supports a special services school district, serving
multiple students on a per diem or per case basis, beginning
immediately through May 29, 2026. Key Responsibilities: Deliver
individualized physical therapy interventions to students across
K-12. Collaborate with educators and support staff to create
tailored therapy plans. Document student progress and update
treatment plans regularly. Participate in meetings with
multidisciplinary teams to support student needs. Adhere to state
licensing requirements and maintain professional standards.
Qualifications: Current state physical therapy licensure valid for
New Jersey. Experience working with school-aged children, ideally
within a special services environment. Strong communication skills
for collaboration with educators and families. Ability to manage
multiple cases and maintain timely documentation. Flexibility to
work on a per diem or per case schedule. Location: Primary work
site is a high school in Hackettstown, NJ, with some
