- Bachelor's degree or higher in Construction Management,
Engineering, or a related field.
- 7-10+ years of hands-on experience in construction management,
preferably in public facilities or large-scale venues.
- Deep knowledge of safety practices and compliance with safety
regulations.
- Proficiency in Building and Computerized Maintenance Management
Software (CMMS) such as WebTMA, Revit, Procore, or similar.
- Ability to work overnight shifts as needed and provide on-site
support during the US Open.
- This role is based on-site at the National Tennis Center.What

$115,000 - $125,000. This is an exempt role. The actual salary will
depend on qualifications, experience, skills, and location.Come

other protected statuses.The RoleThe Senior Project Manager will
oversee multidisciplinary construction projects at the USTA Billie
Jean King National Tennis Center, ensuring the venue remains a
premier destination for tennis fans and professionals.
- Manage small to medium-sized construction projects, focusing on
trades such as mechanical, electrical, carpentry, plumbing,
waterproofing, fire alarm systems, structural, and interior
architecture.
- Document and report on project progress, including
coordination, scheduling, value engineering, budgeting, and change
management.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures
using asset or facility management software.
- Maintain records of project statuses and ensure all permits and
licenses are secured.
- Initiate and manage RFPs, including bid administration and
contract negotiations.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors,
subcontractors, and USTA staff.
- Monitor construction progress and hold regular status
meetings.
- Ensure proper project closeout and maintain as-built
records.
- Conduct safety inspections and audits to mitigate risks.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Managing Director of
Capital Projects & Engineering.
