Business is growing rapidly, with increasing volume and complexity
of new client deals and strategic partnerships. We are evolving
into a platform-focused business with new product launches and
external partnerships. The Vice President, Aladdin Business
Contracting Lead, will play a key role in scaling our commercial
operations, negotiating and structuring global client agreements
and partnerships, primarily in the Americas.This executive will
develop a deep understanding of our business goals, operations, and
risks, representing Aladdin Business interests with senior leaders
internally and externally. The candidate will also collaborate with
Aladdin Business leaders to support and drive commercial strategy.

portfolios, integrating information, people, and technology to
manage money efficiently. It provides risk analytics, portfolio
management, trading, and operational tools on a single platform,
empowering financial professionals worldwide. Key
Responsibilities
- Lead complex, global client and partnership contract
negotiations, preferably with Tech or FinTech experience.
- Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Deal Desk, Finance, and
Information Security teams to facilitate deal execution.
- Assess risks of new deals, considering market trends and
industry/regulatory changes (e.g., DORA, outsourcing
guidelines).
- Work with Product Leads to define commercial strategies and
contractual frameworks for new products.
- Support business development and client relationship management
through commercial strategies.
- Develop scalable and efficient processes to handle growing
commercial operations.Desired Qualifications
- Extensive experience (10+ years) in executing complex global
technology and commercial transactions.
- Proven success in leading contractual negotiations, especially
in enterprise technology.
- Experience in creating scalable, repeatable business
processes.
- Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with
senior management internally and clients externally.
- Background in Investment Banking, Corporate Development, or
Legal, ideally with a focus on Technology or Financial
Institutions.
- Advanced degrees or certifications such as MBA, CFA, or JD are
highly preferred.For New York, NY, the salary range is USD$195,000
- USD$275,000, with eligibility for bonuses and benefits including
healthcare, leave, and retirement plans. Compensation varies based
