consumers in a measurable way.Job DescriptionThe Associate Director
of SEO & AI Search Innovation is responsible for guiding the
Performance Content teams in Publicis and Performance Content COE
vision. The SEO & AI Search Innovation Associate Director is
accountable for the implementation of SEO solutions across Publicis
media agencies to ensure seamless delivery of best practice and
processes. This role will contribute to the development of
Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) services, complimenting
relevant SEO practices and adapting them to emerging Generative AI
Search platforms. Ideal candidates will have a passion for the new
AI Search landscape, embracing change with a positive and
innovative mindset. Proven account management and cross-team
collaboration skills are essential, along with experience in SEO,
AI Search and digital media.ResponsibilitiesPractice
Development
- Contributes to the development and documentation of SEO best
practices for improving operational efficiencies within the team
and across Publicis
- Understands and explains the features and benefits of all
Publicis performance products and services
- Supports agency client counterparts with Performance Content
products, with a heavy emphasis on SEO/AI Search, and services to
elevate their performance engagements
- Contributes to the evaluation of agency's client service
delivery executions and supports the development of each agency's
performance content offering
- Supports the development of learning and development programs
for Performance Content solutions
- Supports Publicis client teams in altering approach or piloting
new ways of managing SEO
- Experience creating and launching new service offerings or
products, especially within AI search platforms and the evolving
organic search landscape
- Lead connectivity of our Performance Content talent across
agency counterparts and create a culture of comraderyClient
Delivery:
- Communicates with client stakeholders up to C-level in status,
reporting and deliverable calls
- Leads SEO/AI Search Organic Strategy and deliverable execution
as needed
- Manages globally distributed delivery hub resources when
needed
- Communicates client roadblocks and challenges effectively to
leadership to resolve and mitigate risk on future projects.
- Self-manages workload to delivery to clients in a timely
manner
- Demonstrated ability to successfully participate in new
business situations and new client on-boarding
- Experience in renewing client engagements and growing client
investments in like or new initiatives and services through
innovative and conversion focused project pitchesTeam Leadership &
Development

- Motivates, leads, and manages internal teams, working
collaboratively to help agency performance content teams drive
programs that meet our clients' performance and business
objectives

- Assists training, mentoring, developing, and evaluating team
membersQualifications
- Bachelor's degree, concentration in business, marketing, or
advertising preferred
- 4-6 years of account management experience in online
advertising, direct marketing, or SEO; client and agency experience
preferred
- 2 years of demonstrated success in managing and leading
people
- 4-5 years of SEO experience, with experience in building and
driving execution of performance goaled SEO strategies. Advanced
Content and Technical SEO experience required
- Possesses an understanding of AI Algorithms and how website
content, structure and user experience impact brands' performance
In AI Search Platforms
- Enthusiasm and desire to develop innovative GEO (generative
engine optimization) strategies with the understanding that they
will evolve and update as the AI Search landscape evolves.
- Experience in use of SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search
Console, Web Analytics Platforms and Looker Studio to analyze
performance, leading to strategy development and reporting
creation. Adapts to new analysis tools easily
- Demonstrated understanding of online marketing principles
- High competency level in MS Office with specific strengths in
Excel and PowerPoint
- Able to work independently and balance multiple tasks with

guidelines.Compensation Range: $95,950 - $150,995 annually. This is
the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at
the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law,
compensation will be determined based on the skills,
qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the
requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to
modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible
to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan
through a third-party benefits administration system once certain
criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for
participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have
been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical
coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off. The
