Pay: $69.10 - $84.61 depending upon experience

Job Summary:

The Physician Assistant is involved with various diagnostic and therapeutic modalities used to care for the medically and critically ill patient presenting in the Department of Surgery. Surgical sub specialties covered include ENT, Urology, Orthopedics, see consults in the ER. Will write preop/postop orders, perform minor procedures, splints, Foleys, etc., clinic coverage and assisting surgeons in the OR. This job requires close interaction with surgical residents.

Requirements:

Current NYS Registration as Physician Assistant Required
Bachelor's Degree Required
Completed NYS recognized Physician Assistant Training Program Required
Previous Hospital experience Required
Experience in Critical Care or Emergency Medicine Preferred
