Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to
provide home-based care within the Dayton area, including
surrounding counties.
Work Monday-Friday, 8:15AM-5:00PM with on-call duties.
Provide skilled nursing, medication administration, patient
education, and family advocacy per physician orders.
Manage patient care independently, ensuring safety and compliance
with policies and regulations.
Must have current LPN license, minimum one-year acute care
experience, valid driver--------s license, and be fully vaccinated
against COVID-19.
