Registered Nurse (RN) | Medical-Surgical Location: Brooklyn, NY Agency: Mindlance Health Pay: $2,295 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/16/2026 About the Position ID: 75046150 Shift: 7:30 PM-8:30 AM 3x11.50 Hr Description: Job may include but are not limited to:-Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans in consultation with healthcare professionals.-Evaluating medical information, as well as providing direct and individualized bedside nursing care to pre-and post-surgery patients.-Preparing, administering and recording prescribed medications.-Changing dressings, inserting catheters, and starting IVs.-Adjusting specialized medical equipment as needed, as well as interpreting and recording measurements.-Monitoring patients' vitals and reporting adverse reactions to medications in a timely manner.-Collaborating on discharge planning with the healthcare team.-Answering questions and educating patients and their families on surgical procedures and post-surgery care.-Maintaining and updating patient files, medical charts, and health records.-Adhering to best nursing practices, standards, and protocols.Skills: Required Skills & Experience:-Acute Facilities: Minimum two (2) years Med/Surg experience in a large acute care hospital setting. The most recent experience should be within the past year.-Post Acute Facilities: Minimum two (2) years Med/Surg experience in either Post Acute Facility or acute care hospital setting.
