Job Description:
Tender Touch Rehab Services, a leader in customized therapeutic
solutions, is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join
our team. This role involves evaluating patient conditions,
developing treatment plans, and implementing therapy interventions
to facilitate rehabilitation in service of physical, emotional, and
mental well-being. Our ideal candidate is a patient-focused
professional who commits to delivering personalized therapy
services maximally benefiting our diverse clientele across
healthcare facilities. Assess patient abilities and craft
individualized plans consistent with treatment goals. Implement
therapeutic approaches for managing daily activities and improving
patients' quality of life. Monitor and document patient progress
and adjust treatments accordingly. Educate patients and their
families about ongoing management and adjustment techniques.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize
treatment plans and outcomes. Strong interpersonal and
communication skills Expertise in therapeutic techniques and
diagnostics Ability to create and follow through with customized
care plans Dedication to patient confidentiality and ethical
medical practices Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance 401k Valid state Occupational Therapy license NBCOT
certification preferred
