Job Description:
Hamlet Rehabilitation Center is seeking a compassionate and
skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team dedicated
to providing high-quality rehabilitation care. Our center
specializes in physical, occupational, and speech therapy services,
ensuring personalized and effective care plans for each patient. As
an LPN with us, you will play a crucial role in executing these
care plans, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to
enhance patient recovery and health outcomes. This position
requires a strong commitment to patient care and the ability to
work effectively in a dynamic, therapeutic environment.
Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by
physicians. Monitoring patient health and vital signs regularly.
Providing basic patient care and treatments, such as dressing
wounds and administering injections. Collaborating with healthcare
providers to plan and evaluate patient care plans. Educating
patients and their families on health maintenance and disease
prevention. Documenting all patient interactions and treatments
accurately. Ensuring the dignity and respect of all patients during
care. Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proficient in
administering medications and understanding healthcare protocols
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment High
attention to detail with excellent organizational skills Capability
to handle stressful situations with professionalism Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Current LPN license in
the state of practice CPR/BLS certification Optional but preferred:
Certification in gerontological or rehabilitation nursing
