Job Description Primary Care Physician - Bushwick, Brooklyn, NY Location: Brooklyn, NY Position Type: Full-Time Schedule: Weekdays, 9 AM - 7 PM (4 out of 5 weekdays) Patient Population: All ages (adults and pediatric) Patient Volume: 25 patients/day, expected to grow Facility Type: Outpatient clinic Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Full-Time Primary Care Physician to join our collaborative clinical team. The ideal candidate will take ownership of patient care, support practice development, and lead by example. This is a unique opportunity for a physician with an entrepreneurial spirit who is interested in potential long-term growth and leadership, including a partnership track. Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive Annual Wellness Visits and preventive health screenings. Diagnose and manage acute illnesses and walk-in patients in a fast-paced outpatient environment. Build and maintain a dedicated primary care panel for chronic disease management. Work closely with clinical and administrative staff to ensure streamlined workflows and positive patient outcomes. Serve as a clinical leader-mentoring staff, supporting collaboration, and driving clinical excellence. Qualifications MD or DO from an accredited medical school. Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine. Licensed or license-eligible to practice in New York State. Minimum of 3 years of experience in outpatient primary care ( 5 years preferred ). Skilled in EMR use and documentation best practices. Entrepreneurial mindset with a commitment to practice growth and excellence.
