Job Description Salary is around $195k-$240k, varies depending
on years of experience. Benefits included! We’re seeking a caring
and mission-driven Family Medicine Physician to join our client’s
outpatient practice serving a vibrant and diverse community in the
Bergen County, NJ area. This is a full-time role ideal for a
physician who values work-life balance and has a passion for
providing accessible, family-centered care to people of all ages
and balance care between two locations within NJ. What You’ll Do:
Provide comprehensive, patient-centered care for individuals and
families across all ages, managing both acute and chronic
conditions Perform routine wellness exams, preventive screenings,
and coordinate specialty referrals to ensure holistic care Build
long-term relationships with patients, becoming a trusted partner
in their health journey Collaborate with a supportive
interdisciplinary team in a setting that values continuity, quality
outcomes, and work-life balance Requirements: Board-certified or
board-eligible in Family Medicine DO is a MUST Licensed to practice
in New Jersey (or eligibility to obtain) Fluent in Spanish
(required) Passionate about community health and working with
underserved populations Collaborative, flexible, and committed to
