Job Description NEW Clinical Laboratory Technologist (MT) - Poughkeepsie, NY Area We are seeking a skilled Clinical Laboratory Technologist to join a busy pathology laboratory team. This role plays a key part in delivering accurate and timely diagnostic information to support high-quality patient care. Shift is: Monday through Friday, 12 PM - 9 PM, and every other weekend, 9:30 AM - 6 PM. Responsibilities Process patient specimens as a bench technologist across Hematology, Chemistry, Microbiology, and PCR testing Review and correlate patient history with laboratory results Perform, document, and troubleshoot quality control procedures Complete and document preventative maintenance on laboratory equipment Operate and maintain diagnostic instruments to ensure optimal performance Accurately enter and retrieve patient data within the electronic medical record And more! Requirements Current New York State Clinical Laboratory Technologist license 1–3 years of related laboratory experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-based environment Comfortable working with diverse patient populations and staff Compensation $34–$42 per hour , based on experience FULL benefits included Interested!?
