About Revalia We're a moonshot company pushing the boundaries of
biotech and drug discovery. Born out of Yale, we aim to radically
rethink the traditional R&D model—and we’re backed by some of
the most forward-thinking institutions out there. We won the ARPA-H

Revalia is pioneering Human Data Trials — a new paradigm for

have enterprise-level operational ownership of our perfusion

designing and implementing the operating structure that enables
consistent, compliant, high-quality clinical perfusion execution as
Revalia expands Human Data Trials nationally. The Director of
Clinical Operations will set the standards, ensure adherence, and

personal development opportunities. Able to fully embrace feedback
and training to continuously improve performance and relationships.
Display determination and perseverance to problem solve, create,
innovate, and develop. Demonstrate commitment to own personal

structure for perfusion execution, including role clarity,
escalation pathways, accountability systems, and cross-functional
operating cadence. Establish and govern SOPs across organ recovery,
perfusion, data capture, logistics, and site execution—ensuring
consistency, compliance, and audit readiness across all operations.
Build and oversee a structured training, competency, and
certification program for perfusion and clinical staff, ensuring
standardization across sites and long-term execution quality. Serve
as the senior operational leader for OPO relationships,
