Credentialing Timeline: Expedited start available

REQUIRED PROCEDURES
Administration of Chemotherapy performed by Nurse Oncologist
JOB REQUIREMENTS

Board: Board Certified
Licenses: Active CT License
Certifications: BLS
Experience: Local provider required
Other Qualifications: Self-Query NPDB report required at submission; $25k Conversion Fee required
