Job Description:

* Serves as a role model in creating the Starbucks Experience for customers and partners.

* Encourages teamwork and motivates partners on shift to navigate change and achieve goals through recognition and celebrating team wins.

* Sets the tone for the shift by building rapport with partners on shift and displaying a positive attitude.

* Focuses the team on creating moments of connection between customers and partners.

* Uses communication tracking tools, Weekly Update and Now Brewing to ensure they are prepared to share information with baristas as they check in.

* Creates opportunities during each shift to share craft and coffee knowledge


Job Types: Full-time, Part-time


Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
