experiences. The Guest Experience Host / Front Desk Agent plays a
vital role in bringing this mission to life by serving as a primary
point of contact for our guests. Through genuine hospitality,

the tone for each stay, ensuring every interaction reflects the

empowerment, accountability, and excellence. Position Summary The
Guest Experience Host / Front Desk Agent is responsible for
delivering exceptional guest service by supporting front desk
operations throughout the guest experience. This role ensures a
warm welcome, seamless arrival and departure processes, and
attentive, personalized service during each guest's stay. The ideal
candidate creates memorable first and last impressions, anticipates
guest needs, and acts as an ambassador for The Abbey Inn & Spa.

interaction. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Greet guests with
warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality Perform check-in
and check-out procedures accurately and efficiently Manage
reservations, room assignments, and guest account updates Provide
detailed information regarding hotel amenities, spa services,
dining, and local attractions Anticipate guest needs and
personalize the guest experience whenever possible Resolve guest
concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and leadership to ensure
seamless operations Process payments, billing adjustments, and
daily reports accurately Operate hotel systems including PMS, POS,
and other required platforms Maintain a polished, organized, and
welcoming front desk and lobby presence Uphold all hotel policies,
procedures, and Forbes/MJH service standards Experience & Education
Previous hospitality or luxury guest service experience preferred
Familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS) and hospitality
platforms preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
Professional presentation and service-driven mindset Flexible
availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Physical
Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability
to use standard office equipment and hotel systems Ability to
occasionally lift up to 25 lbs Background screening required.
