Job Description Job Description Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Orthopedic Surgeon to join our team. The ideal candidate will examine, diagnose, and treat diseases and injuries of the musculoskeletal system. This includes prescribing treatment plans, performing surgeries, and offering non-surgical care options. The role also involves patient education, participation in on-call rotations, and contributing to medical research and training. Responsibilities: Examine, diagnose, and treat musculoskeletal diseases and injuries. Prescribe and implement treatment plans, including surgical and non-surgical options. Perform orthopedic surgeries as required. Provide direct patient care and outpatient consultation services. Participate in on-call rotations in a timely and responsive manner. Plan and execute disease prevention and health promotion programs. Conduct and supervise medical research and training for healthcare personnel. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records. Stay current with CME requirements as per board standards. Enhance the department’s reputation by contributing to new initiatives and improvements. Qualifications: Strong documentation and analytical skills. Excellent decision-making and listening abilities. Effective verbal communication and patient service skills. Ability to build relationships and maintain discretion. Professional bedside manner. Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements: Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency in orthopedic surgery. Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery (ABOS).
