  • Lead a team of backend developers in designing and building scalable, high-performance Java-based applications and microservices.
  • Architect backend solutions using Java (Spring Boot or equivalent), ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability.
  • Drive code reviews, mentor team members, and enforce best practices in design, development, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with front-end developers, DevOps, QA, and product owners to deliver full-stack solutions.
  • Create and manage RESTful APIs, data models, and business logic layers. Optimize applications for performance, concurrency, and responsiveness.
  • Manage unit testing, integration testing, and assist with production support.
  • Continuously improve the system architecture and adopt modern backend technologies and tools.
  • Guide the team on Agile/Scrum processes and delivery timelines.Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
    • 6-10 years of hands-on experience in backend development with Java.
    • Strong expertise in Spring / Spring Boot, Hibernate, REST APIs, and Microservices architecture.
    • Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis, etc.).
    • Solid understanding of multithreading, concurrency, design patterns, and system integration.
    • Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.) and version control (Git).
    • Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
