Develop and oversee a robust framework for creating software classifications that align with industry standards and business needs. Coordinate with various IT departments to enhance the integration of new class systems. Drive innovation by researching and implementing cutting-edge technologies and methodologies. Manage, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of IT professionals. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence within the technology teams. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that class developments meet customer needs and company objectives.
