For more information, visit .The Role and What You'll Do:The ideal candidate will have transactional experience from a top law firm or in-house legal department, with a focus on commercial transactions. The role offers the opportunity to work in both NYC and Stamford offices.

• Draft, negotiate, and advise on complex commercial contracts related to live events, sponsorships, content distribution, social media, consumer products, licensing, production, event logistics, venues, marketing, consulting, talent, influencers, vendors, real property, releases, and waivers.
• Assist with M&A transactions, litigation, IP management, regulatory issues, and other legal matters.
• Provide legal advice and counsel to business units and company leadership.
• Manage and track contractual obligations.
• Coordinate with finance, compliance, and business teams on deal development.
• Offer real-time legal analysis and advice on contracts and business issues.
• Develop and improve policies for contract administration and document management.
• Collaborate with UFC, Endeavor legal teams, and international colleagues.
• Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned.You Have These:

• 4-6 years of legal experience at a top law firm or corporate legal department.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong drafting and negotiation abilities.
• Experience with commercial transactions.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with effective time management and flexibility.
