SUMMARY: The originator assists the borrower in determining the proper loan program, completing the loan application and gathering the necessary paperwork to begin the loan process. The mortgage loan originator communicates with title officer, escrow officer, loan processor and underwriter.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:The following reflects management's definition of essential functions for this job but, does not restrict the tasks that may be assigned.
