As a Service Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in building strong relationships with our clients and providing them with top-notch service and assistance. Responsibilities: Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, understanding their automotive service needs. Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing them with accurate information regarding services, repairs, and estimated completion times. Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and listen attentively to customers' concerns to accurately diagnose issues and recommend appropriate solutions. Collaborate with our team of technicians to ensure efficient and timely execution of service and repair tasks. Provide transparent and detailed explanations of service estimates, including parts and labor costs, to customers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have. Coordinate loaner vehicles or alternate transportation arrangements for customers during more extended service appointments. Keep customers informed about the progress of their vehicle service, and promptly communicate any changes or additional repairs that may arise during the process. Ensure all service documentation, work orders, and customer information are accurately recorded in our systems. Follow up with customers after service completion to ensure their satisfaction and address any additional needs or inquiries. Continuously strive to meet and exceed customer service goals, enhancing the overall dealership experience. Qualifications: Previous experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry is preferred but not mandatory. Strong customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledge of automotive systems and components, including basic technical understanding, is advantageous. Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and adapt in a dynamic work environment. Familiarity with dealership management software or other automotive service software is a plus.
