Enterprise Payments Analyst will support the process of making
accurate, timely, and compliant calculations and the processing of
rebates, administrative fees and other payments, in accordance with
contractual obligations to Group Purchasing Organizations (GPO),
Integrated Delivery Networks (IDN), acute care hospitals, and
surgery centers on behalf of multiple J&J operating
companies.Key Responsibilities:
- Read, interpret, and implement payment processes according to
written contracts.
- Operate in a deadline driven environment with direct customer
interaction.
- Demonstrate a customer-centric focus, communicating effectively
with internal/external business partners, troubleshoot issues of
varying complexity, and follow up where needed.
- Identify and implement process improvements and projects to
drive operational efficiencies and increase effectiveness of the
team.
- Independently research problems of a broad scope (sales,
payments, customer structure, product structure, data history),
consolidate information, develop recommendations, and present to
various levels of leadership/management.
- Develop user requirements and perform business/user testing for
system changes, new business transitions, and new payment
strategies.
- Develop, run, and analyze required and ad-hoc Payment reports
for customers, field sales organization, and senior
leadership.Qualifications:Education:
- Minimum of Bachelor's degree requiredExperience and
Skills:Required:
- Minimum two (2) years of relevant work experience
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including Pivot
Tables and VLOOKUPs
- Ability to analyze and interpret large amounts of data, conduct
impact and trending analysis, and summarize results for
recommendationPreferred:
- Work experience in Contracting, Audit, or Finance
- Knowledge of healthcare contracting
- Experience within the healthcare or the medical device
industry/sector
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong, positive
relationships with internal and external partners and to influence
and collaborate
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills to
effectively consolidate and present information to business
partners and management
- Demonstrated time management and organizational skills, with a
high attention to detail, to effectively manage conflicting
priorities, due dates, and resultsOther:
- Requires up to 10% domestic travel
- The anticipated base pay range for this position is
$69,500-$102,350 USD$.
