Consultant (SBC) is responsible for advising and supporting
Franchise Owners using a consultative approach to help them reach
and exceed strategic goals, grow their business, and deliver
exceptional early education and care. The SBC builds strong
relationships with Franchise Owners to ensure service excellence
and brand standards. This role requires at least 30% travel.
- Support Franchise Owners in developing and maintaining business
plans focused on continuous improvement, brand standards, and
occupancy goals.
- Implement the Service Excellence Assurance process to ensure
consistent brand standards and successful completion of action
items.
- Verify the execution of Balanced Learning and collaborate with
the School Excellence Education Team to develop improvement
plans.
- Build internal partnerships for cross-departmental
collaboration to drive results.
- Partner with the Field Marketing Team to support marketing
plans and initiatives to increase enrollment.
- Analyze operational results and trends to identify areas
needing support or strategy adjustments.
- Facilitate networking opportunities for Franchise Owners to
meet strategic goals.
- Maintain communication with Franchise Owners to ensure health,
safety, and operational policies are followed.
- Develop relationships with vendors, licensing agencies, and
community contacts to ensure compliance with laws and
standards.
- Serve as the first contact for reportable incidents, consulting
with the Regional Support Executive Director as needed.Who We Are
Looking ForThe ideal candidate will have:
- 5+ years' experience in multi-unit management
- Experience with franchising, early childcare, or related
fields
- Knowledge of accreditation and licensing regulations
(preferred)
- Degree in Early Childhood Education, Business, or related field
(preferred)
- Ability to work independently and manage projects
autonomously
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to influence without
authority
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple
priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word,
Excel)
- Conflict resolution and communication skillsWhat You'll
