- Friday, 8 hours a day, on-siteNonePOSITION SUMMARY Sales and
Marketing with various projects. key role in developing new
nationwide business opportunities. Coordinate sample requests
internally and with brokers, develop sample tracking system.
Develop and update weekly monthly sales reports showing trends and
communicate trends to Norpaco management and brokers.ESSENTIAL

essential functions.Essential Functions Statement(s) Head weekly
New Project Development Meetings and communicate needs to the New
Project team.Collaborate with the Research and Development team on
new product ideas.Coordinate label and point of sale advertising on
new products with Norpaco team and graphic designers.Develop new
accounts and further develop existing accounts by planning and
supporting the implementation of strategies to create recurring
business for new products.Recommend sales strategies and
collaborate with senior management on direction to grow sales.Make
professional business proposals to customers and negotiate sales
levels with customers that are feasible based on feedback from the
management team regarding capacity, scheduling constraints and
product profitability.Develop sample tracking system to determine
sales generated from samples and leads from food shows.Coordinate
sample requests with brokers, production, Quality, customer service
and shipping. Review prepared samples and addresses, release to
shipping communicating how samples will be shipped. Once samples
have been shipped, tracking information will be communicated to the
recipient. Follow up with brokers once samples are sent.Initiate
filling out Product Pricing Worksheet for all new product pricing
requests. Follow through to ensure that the VP of Sales and
Marketing competes the form after discussion with broker or
customer and expeditious submittal to Product Development and
Finance.As needed, send Point of Sales materials, price lists,
credit applications and other materials to customers and
brokers.Work with the president on food shows by booking events,
making travel arrangements, prepare marketing materials,
coordinating food preparation with Quality and shipping
arrangements. Provide support in the booth at the shows by
interacting with potential and existing customers.Assist new
customers with appropriate forms to fill out and follow up for
completion.Develop spec sheets to include uploading sample
pictures, provide written descriptions and other important
information.Perform all tasks in a safe manner. Report all safety
hazards to management so that corrective action can be taken
immediately.Ad-hoc assignments as needed.POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

ABILITIES Education: Bachelor's Degree (four-year college or
technical school) Preferred, Field of Study: Marketing, Business
(work experience combined with AS degree can be
substitutedExperience: 2 plus years of experience in product
development. Food industry experience helpfulComputer Skills Good
working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
Ability to use in-house programs like Discovery, Peachtree or any
other in-house MRP program.Certificates & Licenses Other Physical
