  • Receives inbound chats connecting with small to medium business owners that are either non- customers or existing customers. - Utilizing speedy typing, communication skills, product knowledge, knowledge of our competitors' products and persuasion to convert shoppers to buyers. -
  • Achieve daily and monthly targets.
  • Maintaining organized callbacks, following up with customers on various needs.
  • Maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
  • Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
  • Manage accounts through quality checks and other follow-up.
  • Identify and resolve client concerns. Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered to Optimum clients.
  • Identifies and resolves client concerns in a way that protects business interests.
  • May perform other assigned duties, focusing on company values and a positive work environment.QualificationsWhat we are looking for:
