Pay & Schedule Pay Rate: $18.70/hour (base rate) $19.70/hour (weekend rate) Shifts Available: Thursday–Saturday: 11:00 PM – 9:00 AM Thursday–Saturday: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM Job Overview Advancing Opportunities, an affiliate of Apis Services , is currently seeking compassionate and dependable individuals to join our team as Part-Time Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) at our Morganville group home serving adults with disabilities in the Freehold area. This position offers the opportunity to provide meaningful support while helping individuals live safe, fulfilling, and independent lives. Our Mission To achieve full societal participation for all people with disabilities. Responsibilities As a Direct Support Professional, you will provide direct care, supervision, mentoring, and guidance to individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities. Responsibilities include assisting individuals with: Daily living skills (cooking, housekeeping, hygiene) Health and wellness (personal medical care, healthy living) Community participation (shopping, recreation, transportation) Social and emotional development (coping skills, communication, friendships) Budgeting and money management Promoting independence, dignity, and autonomy Your work will make a lasting difference by helping individuals build life skills and confidence. Qualifications Must be 18 years or older High School Diploma or GED Valid driver’s license Ability to pass: State and Federal criminal background checks Drug screening Pre-employment physical and PPD Willingness to complete all required orientation and pre-service training No experience required — paid training provided!
