What You'll Do: Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate speech and language abilities. Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results. Provide direct speech therapy services to children, focusing on improving communication skills. Assess and treat speech, language, voice and feeding/swallowing disorders Conduct feeding evaluations and implement feeding therapy plans for students with oral- motor and sensory based feeding challenges Collaborate with staff and parents regularly. Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes. A willingness and passion for continued growth and learning. Qualifications Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist( We can accept Clinical Fellows - CFs) Experience providing group treatment services to children with autism Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with patients and their families Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
