Job Description Job Description Position Summary This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with supervisory experience who is comfortable working fully onsite and managing staff, care plans, and complex client situations. Experience in homeless services is strongly preferred. Key Responsibilities · Supervise and support social workers and/or case managers · Provide oversight of client care plans and ensure service compliance · Conduct staff evaluations, coaching, and performance management · Address escalated client issues and provide guidance on complex cases · Ensure documentation meets regulatory and organizational standards · Support housing stability initiatives and related programs · Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers · Maintain a consistent onsite presence, five days per week Minimum Requirements · Master of Social Work (MSW) required · Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience · Professional experience in one or more of the following settings: o Homeless shelter environment ( strongly preferred ) o Substance abuse services o Mental health services · Ability to work fully onsite, Monday–Friday · Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle Benefits 20 Paid Time Off (PTO) days 5 Personal Days 12 Sick Days 10 Government Holidays
